On July 28, 2020, the President of Ukraine issued the Decree  №295 / 2020 "On the temporary introduction of a visa-free regime for citizens of the People's Republic of China entering Ukraine for tourism purposes".

According to this document for the period from August 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021 citizens of Peoples Republoc of China can enter Ukraine for tourist purposes and transit through the territory of Ukraine  visa-free. 

Their stay in Ukraine should not exceed 30 days for 180 days.
